Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 tin chickpeas (400g tin), rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp. Garden of Life Detox Powder
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. tahini
  • ½ tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Instructions

1.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add in chickpeas and simmer for 20 minutes.

2.

Rinse and drain chickpeas.

3.

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and combine until smooth.

4.

Serve on toast or with veggies.

 

This beetroot hummus will last up to 5 days in the fridge.
