Great product
5Really appreciate that the GoL supplements have a whole food base, especially with nutrients such as iron and vit c. While there's not currently any strong evidence against synthetic vitamins and minerals, I think it's always preferable to consume these things in a form as close to whole-food as possible, as there are many complexities and synergies around digestion and metabolism that we don't yet fully comprehend. Always good to have the complementary nutrients in the mix to aid absorption and for the formulation to be 'gentle' on the digestive tract. Overall, very happy with this product!

Easy to add to routine
5Easy to add into routine, not sure how much they raise iron levels yet as I haven't been taking them for long enough yet. Fingers crossed! Love that they are natural, no chemicals!

Great Capsule Iron Supplement Choice
5I have tried lots of Capsule Iron supplements and this one seems to be the only one I've had that doesn't make me feel sick and seems to have a positive impact on my energy

5Seems to be working as I have more energy. I rotate this and the healthy blood one, I take with organ supplements to help with absorption.

5I love the fact this is raw, vegan, whole food iron that is nourishing to the body and so gentle on it. This makes it perfect for anyone needing an iron boost.
