We are a US-based company with the ambition to bring our traceable and organic products to a new customer base abroad.

In general, all of our products can be taken safely together, as they do not interact with each other. However, individual health needs vary, so we recommend that you always discuss the combination of products you're planning to take with your GP beforehand.

We pride ourselves on offering products made exclusively from natural ingredients, which means that there may be differences in texture, colour, taste and smell from batch to batch. Ingredients harvested in the summer may have a different taste and texture from those harvested in the autumn, which may impact the taste, colour, texture and smell of a product, but the quality remains the same.

With the exception of products designed specifically for children, our products are designed for use by people aged 18+. Although there's no indication that any of our ingredients may be harmful to children, we always recommend seeking the advice of your doctor, who will be best placed to advise on your child's individual needs.

Although there is no evidence that the ingredients in our products are harmful to pregnant and breastfeeding women, we recommend that they consult their GP or midwife before consuming any Garden of Life products.

Our protein powders are packed by weight rather than volume and products may settle during transport. If your protein powder container appears to be half full, please weigh the container. If the weight isn't correct, please contact our Customer Service team by logging into your account.

Taking supplements can cause your urine to change colour. Water-soluble vitamins, such as vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, folate and biotin are excreted every day, once your body has absorbed the necessary quantities. This is a normal process, but please consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

The best conditions for our protein powders are at 'raw' temperatures (the production temperature is 46 degress). The enzymes and proteins we use can be denatured above 47 degrees, changing the structure of the proteins. However, there are no disadvantages to cooking with our protein powders, as the amino acids can still be absorbed by the body, but other nutrients can be lost during cooking. We recommend using our Raw Organic protein range for cooking, as it doesn't contain any additional ingredients. Our other proteins (All-in-One, Raw Fit and the Sport range) are recommended for lower temperature drinks and dishes.

Sport Range: Our Sport Organic Plant-Based and Sport Whey protein powders are designed for professional athletes or others following an intense sports programme. To maximise your sports Our Raw Organic Protein Shake is made from 13 raw sprouted proteins, providing 22g of plant-based protein, certified organic by the USDA, certified non-GMO, and vegan. It contains all the essential amino acids for muscle development, as well as a variety of naturally occurring and fat-soluble vitamins, live bacteria and enzymes. Raw Organic Protein Powder is the ideal all-purpose option for additional plant-based protein in your diet. 

Our RAW Organic All-In-One products are designed to be used as a complete and balanced meal replacement. With only 120 calories per single serving, this nutritious low sugar shake contains 20 grams of pure plant-based protein, 44 superfoods and 21 naturally occurring vitamins.

In the Raw Organic Protein and Superfood range, we’ve combined the power of natural certified organic protein with the nutrient-rich energy of organic vegetables. While these products are perfect for people who are already using a protein powder and want to take advantage of the goodness of vegetables, they are not as complete as the RAW Organic All-in-One protein powder range. 

Our Raw Organic Fit Shake is certified organic by the USDA, non-GMO raw, plant-based, vegan, high in protein and made specifically for weight loss. It differs from our other proteins in that it contains several other clinically studied ingredients, including Svetol® Green Coffee Bean Extract, Organic Ashwagandha Extract, Chromium from Raw Foods, and Organic Cinnamon. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. It is not a full meal replacement. 

Keto Range: Our Keto products are specially developed to help people who wish to follow a ketogenic or low-carb diet. 

Sport Range: Our Sport Organic Plant-Based and Sport Whey protein powders are designed for professional athletes or others following an intense sports programme. To maximise your sports training, these protein powders contain the necessary amount of branched chain amino acids. Certified organic by the United States Department of Agriculture and GMO-free, Sport Organic Plant-Based Protein Powders go one step further, being certified for sports by the NSF and certified with the Informed-Choice logo. This guarantees that they contain no illegal substances - only complete natural nutrients.

Microbiome Organic Kids' - Berry Cherry is intended for children aged 4+. Although there's no evidence that any of the ingredients in the product may be harmful to children under 4, we recommend consulting your doctor before giving your child any of our products, as they'll be best able to advise on your child's individual needs. 

Chewable tablets can be a choking hazard for children, so we recommend they are crushed and mixed with a food such as yoghurt or applesauce or a drink. 

Suggested use: one chewable tablet per day, under adult supervision.

Based on a live cell count, Microbiome Primal Defense ULTRA provides more microbiomes than Primal Defense. For a daily consumption of 3 capsules, Primal Defense ULTRA provides 15 billion microbiome cells (5 billion CFU per capsule). In contrast, Primal Defense only provides 1 billion CFU per pill. Microbiome Primal Defense ULTRA also contains Saccharomyces boulardii, a microorganism that nourishes and promotes the well-being of the intestinal epithelial lining, the body's first line of defence in the gut, as well as a unique blend of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium microbiomes, which promote regular bowel movements and support a healthy immune system. Microbiome Primal Defense does not contain Saccharomyces boulardii.

The Organics Vitamin C spray is suitable for children aged 4 years and over. The Organics Vitamin D3 and Organics Vitamin B-12 sprays are not suitable for children. Although there is no evidence that any of the ingredients in the products are harmful to children, we encourage you to seek the advice of your doctor before giving any of our products to your child, as he or she will be better able to advise you on their use according to their individual health needs.

The recommended dosage for our Organics Vitamin B12 Spray is 1 spray per day. 

The recommended dosage for our Organics Vitamin C Spray is 5 sprays per day. 

The recommended dosage for our Organics Vitamin D3 Spray is 1 spray per day.

You can mix the Organics Vitamin Sprays with foods such as yoghurt or applesauce. 

Bear in mind that some vitamins can be lost in dishes heated above 47 degrees, so we recommend using the sprays with lower temperature dishes.

As vitamin B12 only comes from animal sources and no plant is a source of vitamin B12, we needed to develop a method of producing a natural, vegan-friendly source of methylcobalamin. 

We achieved this by using a process of bacterial fermentation of certified non-GMO beets and betaine to produce methlycobalamin. 

We then grow the methlycobalamin produced with yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) to create a naturally occurring methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), with a wide range of natural co-factors.

All of our Organics products begin life on an organic farm, where they are ripened, picked by hand and loaded onto small trucks to be shipped to the extraction plant, all within 30 minutes of harvest. 

Our patented Fresh Extraction™ process creates a rich concentrate of the nutrients naturally present in each plant ingredient by using only water extraction (no solvents or alcohols are used), separation and super concentration (where sugars, other macronutrients and water are removed). Once this process is complete, the organic product is processed into a rich, concentrated powder with standardised vitamin and mineral content within 24 hours of harvest. 

No excipients are used, no fermentation is carried out and no ingredients of any kind are added. After spray drying, the material obtained is a powder extracted from 100% organic herbs and fruits.

We recommend using the Vitamin Code Raw Pregnancy Blend throughout the day to ensure a continuous supply of nutrients, taking one capsule with breakfast, one with lunch and one with dinner. If you can't follow this routine, you can simply take all three capsules at once.

We recommend that men take 4 Vitamin Code for Men capsules per day, but it's recommended that they only take 1 RAW One for Men capsule per day. 

As a result, our Vitamin Code formulas are more comprehensive than our RAW One formulas, as we can fit more nutrients in four capsules than one. 

Vitamin Code multivitamin formulas also contain higher amounts of nutrients and a higher fruit, vegetable, microbiome and enzyme than RAW One formulas.

You can mix the powder in Vitamin Code capsules with water, but please bear in mind this will change the colour of the water.

The magnesium in our Whole Food Magnesium products provides 350mg of elemental magnesium and features organic brown rice protein chelated magnesium, as well as live bacteria (1 billion CFU) to support healthy and regular digestion.
