Gentle on stomach
5After days of search, I finally tried this one as others were really irritating my stomach causing either diarrhoea or constipation. With the right amount of nutrition, it has tummy soothing ingredients like ginger root as well. Also, its 3 per day which makes it even more easier to digest.

5I've been using it through out the entire pregnancy and whilst lactating for 20 months. I love that it absorbs so beautifully unlike synthetic vitamins that go straight through you and you can smell them in your urine. It doesn't upset a pregnant tummy so don't need to worry about nausea. The daily serve is 3 tablets so you get an even boost of nutrients throughout the day. Price is a little step but you know you're having organic food based vitamins and minerals.
