This is the best zinc! I take with my vit C and i usually had a bit of stomach pain from just having the vit c by itself, but with the added probiotics in this zinc it helps so much! Love that its raw 💕

After a month of taking them so far I have seen an improvement in dry/sore skin patches I was experiencing on my face and my immune system is definitely improved. I had been getting a cold every week or every other week and now feel so much better, which seems to be down to this and the other vitamins I purchased from Garden of Life
