(Almost) Everything you need and easy to take.
I bought these for my wife to take while she is pregnant and she has found them great. They contain the majority of the vitamins that are needed/can be taken together and they are easy to take. No bad taste and can be taken with or without food. Would recommend also getting separate magnesium, calcium and Omega 3 supplements.

A must have for prenatal care
