Great
This worked for me like no other iron tablet has. Ferritin went from 10 to 20 in 11 months. Might not sound amazing but due to heavy periods and I don't eat heaps of meat, this has been the highest my ferritin has ever been. Take with protein for best absorption. I take with some beef liver capsules, and away from any calcium eg dairy. Has worked great for me!

Definitely noticing a difference in energy levels, next blood test with show iron has gone up I'm sure :) also recommend freeze dried organ meat capsules to help build iron back up.

Seems good
I've not long started it, taking for low ferritin levels. Am not as breathless as I was, and I noticed a difference in a few days to a week. Will get blood test done again in a couple of months and hoping for a good increase and better energy levels.

Best iron supplement I have ever tried
This is the best iron supplement that I have ever tried and the only one that has not had negative digestive implications. Its gentle but effectively reduced dizzy spells and my need for an infusion. Love this product and recommend it to everyone!
